On October 8th, starting at 11:30 a.m. at the Bologna Fair, we will be speaking during the workshop “Presentation of the CIR Charging Infrastructure Controller Technology,” organized by RSE and ARERA. We will also participate in the roundtable discussion moderated by ANIE E-mobility, “Building the Energy Future with CIR: Implementation, Experimentation, and System Perspectives.”
Starting July 1, 2026, only charging infrastructures equipped with a CIR will be eligible for GSE incentives. The CIR enhances charging infrastructure, encouraging its integration into home automation systems and dialogue with external operators for aggregation purposes. It also serves as a useful tool for increasing self-consumption in Renewable Energy Communities. MAC provides the enabling technology for managing electric vehicle charging stations. A solution that monitors and manages consumption and generation in real time to facilitate autonomous power modulation based on grid load, charge the vehicle during the most convenient time slots, and maximize self-consumption by using surplus energy.
